"So - my credit card guy, Chris Dreiling, and I have been working together for over 3 years. I love him because although there is a customer service number, when I need something, I can always email him or call him - and he will always come through.
One of the other things that ended up missing after my trip to Florida, was my credit card machine. I searched all week and couldn't find it. I was frantic because I knew I had several parties over the weekend and wanted to use my machine so I could get the cash as opposed to using the corporate credit card system.
I emailed Chris late Thursday morning and Friday, he searched to find me a new machine! Not only did he find it for me, but he set it up where I could pick one up in Jersey so I could use it all weekend! There was no disruption of business for me!
